Running time nearly two hours in length

The second issue of APVM Fine Art Connoisseur starts off with highlight's from Brad Ruben Kunkle's amazing premiere exhibition at Arcadia Fine Arts in SoHo, New York. Kunkle discusses aspects of his unique technique using gold leaf on canvas.

For the next segment we travel to Cincinnati, Ohio to meet with American impressionist painter Carl Samson. Samson works out of the old studio of Herman and Bessie Wessel, who were former students of Frank Duveneck. Carl shares with us how he stumbled upon the property and a unique story about an easel that was left in the attic.

Then, we move west and visit with the incredible realist painter Daniel Sprick. In this segment we combine a demonstration and interview with the artist about his technique and life.

Matthew Innis appears for the second time in APVM reviewing new DVD releases. Matthew covers David Kassan's new drawing DVD, Drawing Closer to Life.

We then return back to the East Coast and have a rare interview with the three instructors from The Janus Collaborative School of Art. Kate Lehman, Michael Grimaldi, Dan Thompson and Stephen Perkins were kind enough to show us their studio school and talk about their philosophy on teaching.

We end the second issue with a time-lapsed drawing demonstration by Grand Central Academy's recent drawing competition winner, Darren Kingsley. Darren is an amazing draftsman with a passion for searching out beauty in every one of his subjects with meticulous detail.
