| Scott Tallman Powers is a signature member of the Oil Painters of America and founder of The Plein Air Painters of Chicago. He received his education at the American Academy of Art in Chicago and has since travelled to many parts of the world to seek inspiration. His work now hangs at the Wengyuan Museum of Fine Art and the Shaguan Museum of Fine Art both in China, at The Academy Museum in Easton, Maryland and in many private collections across the country. Powers is featured in the Summer issue. |
